Measurement and Accountability
DAIP is strengthening its measurement infrastructure so community voice, accessible participation, intersectional outcomes, and systems change can be tracked alongside program activity. Measures will be selected with partners and participants, reviewed regularly, and used to improve the work—not simply report it.
Residents and families engaged, communities reached, languages represented, and participation across disability, behavioral health, and other intersecting identities.
Reasonable accommodations provided; physical, digital, communication, sensory, cognitive, and participation barriers addressed; supports accessed; and gaps identified through community feedback.
Organizations engaged, partner roles fulfilled, referrals exchanged, and cross-sector actions coordinated.
Learning completed, leadership capacity strengthened, career pathways supported, and participant progress over time.
Referral pathways strengthened, organizational practices changed, recommendations implemented, and policies influenced.
Participant experience, partner feedback, disaggregated findings where appropriate, and adjustments made in response to what communities tell us.
Developing Measurement Infrastructure
DAIP is developing a confidential, cross-industry employer benchmark focused on representation, pay equity, retention and advancement, and program and policy maturity. Participating organizations will receive private insights, while public reporting will use aggregated and anonymized findings.
The purpose is to collect, diagnose, and improve—not to rank, shame, or call out employers.
